Welcome to Girls Gone Buff!

Girls Gone Buff is a performance based bootcamp that is aimed at teaching proper functional movement patterns,  building strength, and improving cardiovascular endurance. We operate a women’s only bootcamp out of Crescent Park on the New Orleans riverfront in the Bywater neighborhood and at 801 W. St. Bernard Highway in Chalmette, Louisiana.  Each bootcamp session is programmed differently than previous sessions and is uniquely designed by us. We utilize body weight movements, kettle bells, resistance bands, slam balls, jump ropes, and sandbags to improve overall physical fitness.

 Our goal at Girls Gone Buff is to lead the community to a lifestyle of health and wellness. We personally want to empower all women to become strong and independent. With just 9 members in February 2016, Girls Gone Buff started helping women achieve their goals. Now with over 100+ members, we are still growing and uniting the community by helping women live a healthier lifestyle.

Come try a free class at any location at any time. The workout will last roughly one hour. We provide water and all the necessary equipment. The bootcamp sessions are now MONTH to MONTH!

We offer workouts for all fitness levels . We now run two separate programs under GGB, Fitness and Performance.

Fitness – Our Fitness program will focus on fundamental movements. Intensity time frames will range anywhere from 5-15 minutes, and athletes will be eased into a higher volume of movements.

Performance – Our Performance program will introduce higher skilled movements. Intensity will vary, but may range anywhere from 10-40 minutes. Volume with our performance classes will be substantially higher than Fitness.

Sessions are now MONTH to MONTH; Monday – Saturday. Unlimited membership costs $100.00 or 12 classes a month costs $80.00. Drop-ins are welcomed; make sure you fill out our online waiver prior to coming to your class. There is a $20 fee per drop-in class.
