Each workout is designed uniquely by Girls Gone Buff staff to push your limits, keep you focused, and get you stronger. Our classes incorporate HIIT AND STRENGTH TRAINING utilizing bodyweight movements, dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, slam balls, bikes, running, rowing, and skiing to improve overall physical fitness.
